I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Kristen—a 41-year-old nurse turned stay-at-home mom to three “medium-sized” kiddos (now 13, 11, and 7). I first discovered the FASTer Way back in 2018, about a year postpartum with my youngest. I’ve always loved to move my body and stay active, but the chaos of motherhood made it hard to stick to anything consistent. That first six-week round of FASTer Way changed everything for me. I burned fat, lost inches, and—more importantly—felt like the most energized, present version of myself for my family. It gave me confidence, clarity, and a framework that actually worked with my busy life instead of against it.
Six years later, the FASTer Way is still the foundation I lean on. As I’ve entered my 40s, I’m more aware than ever of the importance of sustainable health—not just quick fixes. This program has completely transformed my relationship with food and fitness. I now understand how to fuel my body with intention and train in a way that supports hormone balance, fat loss, and long-term energy. As a certified FASTer Way coach, it’s my joy to help women—especially other busy moms—take back their health, feel confident in their skin, and thrive in this season of life.
